At Parramatta City Athletics, our coaching program is designed to support athletes of all abilities to learn, improve and enjoy the sport of athletics.
Whether you're new to the sport, returning after a break, or working towards higher levels of competition, our sessions provide a structured and supportive environment to help you progress with confidence.
Training is open to athletes aged 8 and above, including both youth and adult athletes.

Training Information
Athletes are encouraged to register their attendance via the Training Sessions page.
Sessions may be cancelled in the event of wet weather or if there are no registered participants by 2:00pm on the day.
Any cancellations due to weather will be communicated via email.
